Egret BL-DXF series Diaphragm check valve adopts a magnetic, diaphragm, filter self-priming structure design so that the check valve is not limited by the installation Angle and the relationship between the size of the reverse pressure to affect the automatic closure of the valve. The process of refrigeration check valve is not complicated. First, we use turning lathe and CNC milling machine, to cutting and machining different size of stainless-steel diaphragms.

Second, melting the copper material, and pour the melting copper into the copper casting mold to produce the magnetic check valve body, copper tube.

Third, to make magnetic with the raw materials such as praseodymium neodymium, pure iron and iron borate are melted at high temperature by vacuum melting furnace.

Forth, use argon arc welding method, to assembling Mesh filter, magnetic, diaphragm, copper tube.

Fifth, use PTFE sealing method and the copper sealing cap to make sure airtight.
