1. For our client, a well-known home appliance manufacturer, using traditional tape to install the guide book in the refrigerator leaves adhesive behind in the refrigerator when the customer removes the tape. Egret Group targeted this situation, designed a special tpp tape that leaves no adhesive residue when removed, solved our clients’ pain point, and reduced costs.
2. The winding process is an important step that requires the refrigerator liner to be fixed to the outer shell or insulation layer while ensuring proper sealing and thermal insulation performance. Traditional methods often rely on manual strapping or cloth-based tape, which suffer from low efficiency, complex procedures, high labor costs, and potential residue. By using Egret Group’s aluminum foil tape, its flexible performance allows it to easily adhere to the outer shell or insulation layer, helping our client lower human resource costs.
